华天酒店出让北京子公司51%股权

12月26日，华天酒店集团股份有限公司公告称，已成功出让全资子公司北京世纪华天酒店管理有限公司51%的股权。
华天酒店称，预计本次股权转让将影响公司2017年税前利润增加约8.71亿元。
