黑石集团出售15家精选酒店

据知情人透露，黑石集团正处于出售这批精品酒店的准备阶段。
一位不愿意透露身份的相关人士说：“出售约15家美国地产是管理大型投资组合常规过程中的一部分。”但是现在还不清楚这些房产能够卖多少钱，上市公司American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP去年6月份曾斥资4.074亿美元收购了18家优质品牌精选服务酒店，黑石的相关代表对出售计划不予评论。
