北京一个月多了6万多套出租房

8月20日，为缓解北京住房租赁市场租金上涨趋势，北京房地产中介行业协会组织十家租赁企业承诺2个月内投放12万套（间）不涨租金房源。到9月20日，恰时间已经过半，据北京市房地产中介行业协会负责人介绍，1个月来，10家企业共投放房源69110套（间），其中润邦润佳、小家联行和蛋壳公寓完成情况较好，兑现比例分别达到了99%、95%和82%。
