2018年10月31日，绿地酒店旅游集团会展事业部正式挂牌成立，作为绿地控股集团旗下新成立的三大产业集团之一，绿地酒店旅游集团计划未来用三年时间，打造两百亿以上年收入的以酒店为核心业务、以旅游及会展为两翼的综合性产业集团。
成立会展事业部，预示着绿地正式进军酒店旅游业。
