海航控股出清燕京饭店股权
2018.12.14
12月12日晚间，海航控股公告宣布，控股子公司新华航空拟向海航酒控出售其持有的燕京饭店35%的股权。交易完成后，新华航空将不再持有燕京饭店股权。燕京饭店将成为海航酒控100%持股企业。
