2019年3月14日，格林酒店集团(NYSE:GHG，简称“格林酒店”)公布其截至2018年12月31日未经审计的第四季度及2018全年财务业绩。财报显示，公司2018年第四季度营业收入为2.5亿元人民币，同比增长20.8%；全年营业收入为9.45亿元人民币，同比增长21.4%。2018年四季度净利润为5383万元人民币；全年净利润为3.94亿元人民币，同比增加38.1%。
