日本“黑民宿”下线，引发酒店价格上涨

从上月中旬起实施的日本民宿新政，正持续影响到日本的暑期旅游市场。
据了解到，新政除了要求民宿必须获得政府审批后才能上线外，对第三方预订平台也要求进行资质审查，目前仅Airbnb、途家等少数平台拿到资质，导致可供选择的民宿数量锐减。不少游客只能无奈选择酒店，房价也随之水涨船高，部分热门酒店已经翻番。
